“What I benefited at my Rose Dieta  retreat. This was a life-changing retreat for me!  Megan and Sorcha each brought to me so much healing, loving energy. The retreat was located in a beautiful, peaceful space. The morning practice prepared me for the day and taught me good ways to start my day at home. I feel this Retreat prepared me too for successful living at home.  When I returned home, things shifted for me.  My life is going places I never dreamed.!I  learned healing teachings on how to heal myself and  my life. The exercises, meditations and ceremonies brought healing to my spirit and soul. I have always heard that you need to be grounded. What the heck does that mean? I am trying I would say. “At this time of great uncertainty, loneliness and angst, Megan Schaeffer’s virtual Sacred Women’s Shamanic Womb Empowerment Circle was much needed medicine for the heart, soul and spirit. For three magical hours Megan gently and masterfully led eight beautiful women through a four winds blessing, intense and powerful jaguar breathwork, the cleansing and opening of our chakras and mystical shamanic journey. I had some reservations about joining this circle, as I was older by 25-30 years than the rest of the group and way past the prime of my womb. However, what trepidation I had quickly vanished as Megan made us feel safe and supported throughout the entire circle. Though I’ve considered myself an avid and consistent meditator, I had never been experienced anything like the Jaguar Breathwork Megan so adeptly led us through. Listening to her mellifluous voice Iwent deeper into a meditative space than I ever have before and came out of it feeling rested and so at peace. The Shamanic journey was particularly interesting for me. Megan asked us to lie down on our mats as she took us through a lovely story that involved the support of many animals, the elements and all of Mama Earth.
